No vax refuses intubation, at 50 he dies in hospital

A 50-year-old no vax refuses to be intubated and dies of covid. This is the case illustrated by the regional Tg Rai which documents the story that took place at the Santa Chiara hospital in Trento. The unvaccinated patient, the service explains, refused intubation in the intensive care unit and died. “Obviously we try to convince the patient, in the moment in which they refuse any further treatment we have a duty to respect it”, the words of Daniele Penzo, head of resuscitation. The man apparently did not suffer from previous pathologies, beyond being overweight, and oxygen therapy would have had a good chance of success.
