Electric scooters, helmet mandatory in Florence

From today, Wednesday 1 December, the management ordinance of the Municipality has entered into force in Florence which provides for the obligation to wear a helmet for drivers of scooters regardless of age. The managerial provision extends the mandatory nature, already provided for by the legislation for drivers aged between 14 and 18, also to adults.
