Naples, 812 thousand non-compliant masks seized

The provincial command of the Guardia di Finanza and Pt and Pg officers of the Adm of Naples intercepted, inside the port, a container with 812,000 masks of Chinese origin without certifications certifying compliance. The intention of the importer was to downgrade the generic mask devices through a specific labeling that should have been carried out at the premises of a specialized company in Naples. The company’s legal representative was sued for commercial fraud and counterfeiting.
