Brescia, boulders on the railway: train derails in Cedegolo, 7 bruised

Seven people were slightly bruised in the derailment of a train this morning in Cedegolo, in Valle Camonica, along the Brescia-Edolo line. A boulder on the tracks caused the convoy to derail, with 15 people on board. The 118 staff, reports Areu, assessed seven people on the spot, who suffered minor bruises and who refused to be taken to hospital. According to an initial reconstruction, boulders would have collapsed from the mountain, falling on the tracks.
