Segregated in the garage, beaten and abused by the ex. The Carabinieri of the Operational Unit of the Compagnia Roma San Pietro have executed an order with which the Gip of the Court of Rome, at the request of the Capitoline Public Prosecutor’s Office, ordered the application of precautionary custody in prison against a Roman 59-year-old, already known to the police, seriously suspected of the crimes of personal injury, kidnapping and sexual violence against his former partner, a 56-year-old woman from Peru. On November 8, the woman showed up in the house she had shared with the man until then to retrieve some personal effects following the end of their relationship. The 59-year-old, under the influence of alcohol, allegedly lured his ex into the garage under a pretext, where the woman was reportedly locked up, beaten and then abused, with a prognosis of 30 days. The 59-year-old Roman was taken to the Naples Poggioreale prison, where he remains at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
