Accident at work in Rodano, worker dies buried under two meters of earth

A 46-year-old worker died in Rodano (Milan), overwhelmed and buried by two meters of earth and concrete while he was working in an excavation of a road construction site. The accident occurred around 1.30 pm in via Papa Giovanni XXIII, in the Millepini hamlet. The helicopter rescue, the firefighters with Aps and the Saf nucleus, the carabinieri and the traffic police intervened on the spot.
