Exceptional guests presented the project: coordinated by the journalist Francesco Vergovich. Among others, CNR researcher and TV presenter Mario Tozzi, the writer and teacher Marco Lodoli, two experts in the educational sector such as prof. Fabio Bocci (full professor of Didactics and Special Pedagogy at the Roma Tre University) and Professor Antonio Cosentino (founder and president of the Scientific Committee of Crif). The Headmaster Anna Maria Lamberti, who with the contribution of Maestro Salvatore Conforti and Professor Luciano Lanna, will illustrate the project in detail also in light of the excellent past results and the potential for the future. the support of the Crif (body recognized and authorized by the Ministry of Education) in the Borgoncini Duca institute has already been rigorously applied for some years to the teaching of Philosophy for Children, developed since 1970 by the American philosopher Matthew Lipman. It is a methodology aimed at making children and pre-adolescents “learn to think” and which refers to the international network of the Institute for the Advancement of Philosophy for Children-Icpic) and which is supported by the Unesco Division of Philosophy as pedagogical excellence, as it responds to the promotion of life skills identified by the UN and Unicef.
