Bonus in Rome for Ama employees who go to work and do not make absences. An agreement was signed between Ama and the company’s trade unions in support of the extraordinary cleaning plan, requested by the mayor and launched by Roma Capitale, aimed at strengthening urban hygiene activities until the beginning of the new year, as communicated in a well-known Ama Spa. The agreement, managed by the new general manager, Maurizio Pucci, and deputy director, Emiliano Limiti, marks the new course of industrial relations at the recently renewed top management. The agreement, which will start on November 22nd and end on January 9th, covers all work shifts on weekdays and aims to incentivize attendance rates in all operational sectors (local offices, garages, workshops, plants, etc. ) to increase its productivity and efficiency in this particular period. The incentive established is linked to the greater guaranteed attendance. Those who do not make any absence will have the greatest incentive, while those who total more than 5 days of absence of any kind, with the exception of rest periods provided for by law, cannot have any. The agreement only involves workers who are suitable for all the activities envisaged (collection, cleaning, sweeping, removal of micro-dumps, etc.) from the extraordinary cleaning plan and all urban hygiene operations between now and the end of the year. the various operational lines and the presences also on holidays, a second agreement will be signed for which the parties will meet again by the end of November. “I thank the trade unions for the important contribution represented by this agreement and I thank in advance the workers of Ama who at this stage are making an extraordinary commitment to the city ”, underlines the sole administrator of Ama, Angelo Piazza.
