Covid today Abruzzo, 48 infections: 9 June bulletin

There are 48 coronavirus infections in Abruzzo today, 9 June, according to data from the region’s bulletin. No deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours. There are a total of 74,362 cases of Covid 19 since the beginning of the pandemic. The 48 new positives are between the ages of 7 and 77. Those under the age of 19 are 10, of which 7 reside in the province of L’Aquila, 1 in the province of Chieti and 2 in the province of Teramo. Currently positive are 2105 (-356 compared to yesterday): 81 patients (-7 compared to yesterday) are hospitalized in non-intensive care; 4 (-2 compared to yesterday with 0 new entries) in intensive care, while the other 1750 (-617 compared to yesterday) are in home isolation with active surveillance by the ASL. The death toll does not register new cases and remains stable at 2,498. So far 69,759 have been discharged / healed (+404 compared to yesterday). Since the start of the coronavirus emergency, a total of 1,140,231 molecular swabs have been performed (+3,498 compared to yesterday) and 473,064 antigen tests (+1,100 compared to yesterday). The positivity rate, calculated on the sum of molecular swabs and antigen tests of the day, is equal to 1.0 percent.
