Accident in Rome, clash today on Litoranea: 3 seriously injured, including a child

Three seriously injured, including a 9-year-old child, in a serious accident which took place today at the gates of Rome, on the Via Litoranea. The patrols of the Local Police of the X Mare group intervened this morning around 8.15 between km 4 and 5, for an accident involving a Citroen C2, with a man on board transported to the Grassi hospital in Ostia in red code, and a Peugeot 108, in which there were a 40-year-old man and a nine-year-old boy. Both were transported in red code, respectively to the Gemelli hospital and to S. Camillo in Elisoccorso. Following the collision, the Peugeot overturned. Investigations are underway to establish the exact dynamics of the accident. Via Litoranea was closed from via del Lido di Castel Porziano to via Arno (Pomezia).
