Mobility, Tanzilli (Assosharing): “Our scooters already insured and safer”

“As a sector of micro-mobility sharing we are already insured and we are not opposed to the hypothesis of a possible introduction of insurance for private electric scooters”. So Matteo Tanzilli, president of Assosharing, comments to the Adnkronos on the rule contained in the Infrastructure and Transport decree, according to which the ministry will evaluate further interventions, such as insurance, for the sector within six months. “The accidents with scooters that occur today mainly concern private vehicles, also because many are ‘rigged’ – he explains – our sharing vehicles are safer.
