Covid Milan, relatives victims Trivulzio against archiving

The lawyers of the relatives of some of the guests of the Trivulzio who died during Covid – who are part of the Felicita association – have presented opposition to the request for dismissal of the Milan prosecutor who considers it impossible to prove a causal link between the conduct of the suspects and the deaths at Pat. The request for dismissal “brings out a lethal mix of negligence and incompetence, seasoned with some clearly and dramatically imprudent punctual choices, in the light of which an in-depth trial appears essential”, reads the deed signed by a team of lawyers.
