Child precipitated in Caivano, mother and former partner acquitted

Marianna Fabozzi and Raimondo Caputo, already condemned for the murder of little Fortuna Loffredo, the girl raped and killed in the Green Park of Caivano on June 24, 2014, were acquitted in the trial on the death of Antonio Giglio, son of Fabozzi, who died on 28 April 2013 also falling from the window of a building in the Green Park. Fabozzi was accused of voluntary murder and was acquitted for not having committed the crime, Caputo was acquitted of the charge of aiding and abetting. The investigations into the death of the little boy, who at the time was just 3 years old, had been reopened in the light of what was declared by Raimondo Caputo’s sister, according to which Fabozzi had thrown the child out of the window. At first the version of the mother was considered reliable, who had told that the child had fallen because he had leaned out to the window to see a helicopter.Caputo, former partner of Marianna Fabozzi and convicted as the material perpetrator of the murder of Fortuna Loffredo, had denied the presence of his sister in the house, to then retrace his steps and provide a different version.
