G20, march in Rome: “We the future”

“You the disease and we the cure”, “You the G20 and we the future” and “Insorgiamo”. These are the banners that open the procession departing from piazzale Ostiense, organized while the G20 in Rome is taking place at EUR. The demonstrators, about 5 thousand are expected, will move towards Bocca della Verità. In addition to the grassroots unions, the delegations of workers from Gkn and Ilva will also join the protest. Protesters lit torches and smoke bombs. “Currently the number of demonstrators present at the parade departing from the Pyramid is below the forewarned one of 5000”, underlines the Rome police headquarters.
