The CSM case “is a sensational hoax, something you can’t really hear”. This was stated by the magistrate Sebastiano Ardita, a member of the CSM, speaking in Piazza Pulita. “I am thrilled by what I heard today. To say that formal ways cannot be followed is a very serious statement,” he said referring to the statements of former prosecutor Piercamillo Davigo.
