Assault CGIL, former Nar Aronica remains in prison

The former Nar Luigi Aronica remains in prison, arrested with five others after the clashes that took place in the no Green pass demonstration on 9 October last in Rome which also saw the assault on the headquarters of the CGIL. This was decided by the Rome Review Court which instead released the leader of the ‘Io apro’ group, Biagio Passaro. The judges of the Freedom have not yet dissolved the reservation for the other arrested still in prison including the leaders of Forza Nuova Giuliano Castellino and Roberto Fiore and for Pamela Testa and Salvatore Lubrano. The prosecutor of Rome Gianfederica Dito disputes the crimes, for various reasons and depending on the position, of instigation to commit a crime, devastation and resistance.
