Moses and bribes, assets confiscated for 9 million from a Roman businessman

Order of confiscation by the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal of Venice, of real estate and financial resources for nine million euros against a Roman entrepreneur involved in the investigation conducted by the Venetian Fiamme Gialle to contrast the corruption phenomena related to the construction of the Mo.SE (Electromechanical Experimental Module) and other works to safeguard Venice and its lagoon. The confiscated sum refers to the amount received by the entrepreneur as the price of the corrupt conduct committed in competition with a politician, who has died in the meantime.
