Professor Landi sets out the 7 cardiovascular risk factors

Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death in our country and cholesterol is one of the most dangerous risk factors since it does not cause symptoms. But there is not only cholesterol, also a sedentary lifestyle, an excessive body mass index, smoking and other habits and conditions carry an increased risk of developing cardiovascular problems. This was explained, on the sidelines of the presentation of the new Danacol campaign by Danone, created in collaboration with the Agostino Gemelli IRCCS University Hospital Foundation, Professor Francesco Landi, Director of the UOC Internal Geriatric Medicine Foundation of the University Hospital Agostino Gemelli IRCCS, Professor of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Rome campus.
