Thirteen deaths from Covid in 24 hours in Lombardy on Thursday 13 May. This is the lowest figure since October 17, the start of the second wave of coronavirus. A few days earlier, on October 6, there had been no deaths. This is what was revealed by the bulletin on the pandemic edited by Davide Manca, professor at the Milan Polytechnic. In the region again on Thursday 13 May, 1,396 new infections were recorded, out of 49,484 swabs processed, with a positivity rate of approximately 2.8%. 1,710 people recovered and discharged from hospitals in the last 24 hours: the new data bring the total of currently positive people in the Region to 39,544 (-327). The number of people admitted to intensive care in Lombardy continues to drop. Today they are 417, 31 less than yesterday, compared to 7 admissions. In the other wards, there are 90 fewer hospitalized patients with symptoms, for a total of 2,351 beds occupied.
