Generation Z, its hopes and the opportunities that lie ahead to build a better future on foundations such as inclusion, sustainability and technology: these will be the key themes at the center of the special event # SIOS21Giffoni, organized on Friday 15 October by StartupItalia and Giffoni which, thanks also to its festival, connects a community of thousands of young people throughout the year, applying to be a privileged observatory on the new generations. An important novelty of # SIOS21Giffoni will be the return of the public – a hundred representatives of Gen Z, which includes those born between 96 and 2010 -, who will actively contribute to the development of the event through interviews and interventions in open dialogue with the many speakers and personalities from the Italian business and digital world who will be in Giffoni (Sa). In line with the previous SIOS, the day will have as its fil rouge the theme “Ask Me Anything”, with an unprecedented focus on the first generation that has been able to use the internet since their childhood, a real journey to discover innovations, languages , media and ideas that are shaping the future.Among the guests already confirmed on the agenda, after the opening entrusted to the founder and director of Giffoni Claudio Gubitosi together with the CEO of StartupItalia Filippo Satolli and Marco Montemagno, the quantum scientist Chiara Marletto and Domenico de Masi, sociologist who will question himself about the work to come. Also the very young ones with the aspiring ornithologist Francesco Barberini, as well as stories of innovation and respect for the reality that surrounds us with “Startuppers able to change the world”, a panel dedicated to a Generation Z who wants to work, generating benefits for the planet and communities. Together with Elisa Zambiente Marsala, CEO of Intesa Sanpaolo Formazione, we will discuss the importance of training as a growth lever for companies for the country and how professional training for entrepreneurs and managers must evolve to compete in markets in continuous evolution. The five startups competing, active in the world of media and entertainment, will be presented at 13:00 within “105StartUp!” with Radio 105, the appointment with Alessandro Sansone and Annie Mazzola that will allow you to get to know them closely. During the day, the audience in the hall will define the outcome of the competition.
