X Factor 2022, Dargen d’Amico new judge

Dargen D’Amico is one of the new judges of ‘X Factor 2022’. He is considered one of the most eclectic and poetic representatives of the contemporary Italian songwriting scene in his multiple roles as rapper, songwriter and music producer. Dargen D’Amico is the third confirmed judge at the # XF2022 table, after the previously announced Fedez and Ambra Angiolini. The Sky Original show produced by Fremantle will be, starting in September, on Sky and streaming on Now. In his career there are ten albums, including two episodes that changed the history of Italian hip-hop, Musica senza musicisti (2006) and Di vizi di forma Virtue (2008). He has moved the boundaries of genre by merging, for the first time in Italy, rap with cultured Italian music: a unique style characterized by the deconstruction of the language and by balancing the senses of the words. He boasts numerous collaborations with the most representative artists of the music scene such as Fabri Fibra, Marracash, Fedez, Rkomi, Benny Benassi, Enrico Ruggeri, 883 and Tedua.After the enormous success achieved in the 72nd edition of the Sanremo Festival, where he presented the song ‘Dove si balla’, currently Double Platinum with over 80 million total streams and more than 20 million views, in March 2022 released ‘In dreams no one is monogamous’: a complex and heterogeneous album, strong in his very personal look at things. The recordings of the Auditions will start from the beginning of June and will once again be a great event with the public in attendance. Registrations will take place on 4, 5, 7, 8 and 12 June at the Allianz Cloud in Milan (Piazza Carlo Stuparich 1).
