Miconi, Fazi and Ricciardi on the last act of ‘Stremate’ at the Golden theater in Rome

The theatrical saga of ‘Stremate’ reaches its last act – even if it is legitimate to keep the question mark – and so after the initial ‘Partially stremate’ followed by ‘Stremate della luna’, ‘Le bisbetiche stremate’, ‘Tre stremate e a butler ‘, now propose the tragicomedy’ Stremate … last act? ‘ on stage until March 6 at the Golden theater in Rome. On stage the trio formed by the ‘new entry’ Milena Miconi with Beatrice Fazi and Giulia Ricciardi who also signs the text, to which Marta Zoffoli is added for the occasion, all directed by Patrizio Cigliano. The story moves now in place and above all in time, given that it is set in about thirty years, with the three ‘exhausted’ now reaching a reverend age with related problems – one has memory lapses, one feels little, one limps – she is ‘locked up’ in a home for the elderly where only the three of them and the very strict director are housed. The last act, in fact, of a ‘serial comedy’ in which the actresses Gaia De Laurentiis and Federica Cifola have alternated over time. Everything revolves around the “complicated world of women, with their courage, truths, weaknesses, but also the strength, the fun that characterizes them in every nuance – it is emphasized in the director’s notes – If in the previous chapters of the theatrical saga we faced the characteristics of three over forties on the verge of a nervous breakdown, above all because of men; in this last act there are four elderly women with faces marked by the folds of time, full of physical and mental ailments: the power of their smile actually hides a descending parable of life, the balance of an existence that is coming to an end ” .
