“Comincium … because we missed you so much”. It is the simplest and therefore also the most sincere explanation for the title of the show, ‘Comincium’ in fact, that Ale & Franz propose until February 27 at the Parioli theater in Rome, with a text written by Alessandro Besentini and Francesco Villa themselves – these are the names in the registry office of Ale and Franz – together with Antonio De Santis and Alberto Ferrari who also signs the direction. On stage, with the two Milanese comedians, also Alice Grasso in the dual roles of singer and actress, as well as a band formed by Luigi Schiavone on guitar, Fabrizio Palermo on bass, Francesco Luppi on keyboards and Marco Orsi on drums. “Here we are: it seems like a century has passed!”, Say Ale and Franz, with explicit reference to the two-year blockade due to the Covid pandemic, evoking “the memories of the curtain that opens, the headlights that come on, your smiles, the applause, the theater and the nostalgia of that atmosphere of complicity that enveloped us all, from the stage to the audience, making us participate every evening in a unique and unrepeatable moment: the show “. Show that does not limit itself to proposing gags and” situation comedy ‘which made the two actors popular, both in theater and on TV, but which inserts various passages among what once defined with the term’ skits’, basically taken from the Milanese musical repertoire: from ‘Ma mi’ canto della mala brought to success by Ornella Vanoni, to the songs of Enzo Jannacci and Giorgio Gaber, from ‘La vita’ to ‘La liberty’. “It seems a century has passed, but here we are to start again, with a great desire to meet you again and with the desire to have fun and entertain you”. A fully successful intention, judging by the laughter and applause at the Roman premiere of Parioli. (By Enzo Bonaiuto)
