Recovery, draft: 30.6 billion in extra Plan investments

The extra Pnrr investment plan, or the national plan for complementary investments aimed at integrating the interventions of the national recovery plan with national resources, amounts to over 30.6 billion euros for 2021-2026. These are the main allocations, according to a draft decree that Adnkronos has seen. PA. In detail, 1,750 million euros for the years from 2021 to 2026 will go to the budget of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for digital services and digital citizenship – PagoPA platform and “Io” App; to digital services and digital citizenship; satellite technologies and space economy and ecosystems for innovation in the South in marginalized urban contexts EARTHQUAKE Another total of 1,780 million euros for the years from 2021 to 2026 will go to interventions for the areas of the earthquake of 2009 and 2016. INFRASTRUCTURE, TRANSPORT AND SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY. A total of 9,760 million euros for the years 2021 to 2026 will be allocated to measures for sustainable infrastructure and mobility: renewal of fleets, buses, trains and green ships; strengthening of regional lines – regional lines managed by regions and municipalities; renewal of equipment rolling stock; interventions for safe roads with the implementation of a dynamic monitoring system for remote control of bridges, viaducts and tunnels; the development of maritime accessibility and the resilience of port infrastructures to climate change; the selective increase in port capacity. Also Last / Penultimate railway / road mile; energy efficiency; electrification of the docks; National strategy for Internal Areas; redevelopment of public residential buildings. CULTURE. In total 1,455.24 million euros for the years 2021 to 2026 will go to: the strategic investment plan on cultural heritage sites, buildings and natural areas. HEALTH. A total of 2,387.41 million euros for the years from 2021 to 2026 will be directed to investments for health, the environment and the climate with the ‘safe and sustainable hospital’ operation; an innovative health ecosystem; TRANSITION 4.0. A total of 6,880 million euros will go to the “Polis” project – Houses for digital citizenship services; Transition 4.0; agreements for innovation. PRISONS. 132.9 million euros for the years from 2022 to 2026 to be entered, for the amounts and annuities indicated, in the relevant chapters of the budget of the Ministry of Justice relating to the following program and intervention: construction and improvement of pavilions and spaces for penitentiary facilities for adults and minors. AGRICULTURE. A total of 1,203.3 million euros will go to supply chain and district contracts for the agri-food, fishing and aquaculture, forestry, floriculture and nursery sectors. RESEARCH. 500 million euros for the years from 2022 to 2026 will be allocated to research initiatives for innovative technologies and pathways in the health and care sectors. CITY’. A total of 210 million euros for the years from 2021 to 2024 will go to integrated urban plans. Finally, 910 million euros for the year 2023, 829.9 million euros for the year 2024, 1,439.9 million euros for the year 2025 and 1,383.81 million euros for the year 2026 to integrate some specific interventions.
