Fondirigenti, seminar on the contribution of women managers

“If it is true that the Italian managerial universe accuses a gap compared to other countries due to the lack of female representation, training is however giving clear signs that our companies are determined to reduce it, with obvious advantages in all respects, productivity included” . This was stated by Carlo Poledrini, president of Fondirigenti, the most important interprofessional fund for the training of managers with 14,000 companies and 80,000 member executives, who on Tuesday 19 October at 11.00, at the Confindustria headquarters in via dell’Astronomia in Rome, will introduce a workshop on research conducted by the Fund on these issues, in collaboration with the University of Trento. Following a round table, moderated by Francesca Fanuele, journalist, entitled ‘Female training: evidence and impacts’ with the participation of Maria Raffaella Caprioglio, president of Umana, Barbara Cominelli, CEO of JLL Italia, Giuseppina Di Foggia, CEO and vice president of Nokia Italy, Francesca Mariotti, general manager of Confindustria The institutional intervention will be by Minister Elena Bonetti, while the conclusions will be entrusted to Massimo Sabatini, general manager of Fondirigenti.
