Recruitment bonus under 36, in 2021 it is possible to obtain it thanks to the instructions that INPS has provided. When we talk about hiring bonuses, we refer to a 100 percent contribution exemption that the employer can request for the stipulation of permanent contracts – or transformations of fixed-term contracts – in the two-year period 2021-2022.
