Restructuring bonus 2022, the news is coming

The renovation bonus is one of the most used and appreciated home benefits for Italian taxpayers. Precisely for this reason, the statements by the Minister of Economy Franco during the hearing on 5 October in the Senate caused a bit of confusion. The Minister Mef in fact, although convinced of the fact that the construction sector should be supported, has made it clear that the entire home bonus package (from renovations to the eco-bonus, passing through the 110% super bonus and incentives on furniture and gardens, without forgetting the facades bonus) in the long run it is too expensive for public finance. The speech made by Minister Franco is based on the analysis between costs and benefits: all the interventions relating to housework weigh heavily on state expenses. To date, the restructuring bonus allows you to deduct 50% of the expenses incurred (at least until 31 December 2021) within the spending limit of 96,000 euros. Deducting in the tax return (with ten shares of the same amount) is not the only way to take advantage of the bonus. The Relaunch decree, in fact, has opened the doors of the assignment of credit and the discount on the invoice also for the restructuring bonus. So what to expect from the next Budget Law?
