In collaboration with Postenews Tech in Touch, the Open Innovation project created by Poste Italiane and Talent Garden with the aim of researching technological solutions to innovate products and services, ended after four months. Prize provided for the winners an assisted and mentored path to develop the proposed idea. The initiative was aimed at startups and entrepreneurs with the aim of identifying innovative solutions and concretely implementing the ideas that emerged in the evolution of the services offered both for customer assistance through all company channels and to make the Postepay App an everyday app. , of immediate and intuitive use. More than 150 participants met in two “Hackathon” format meetings in a completely virtual mode. The winning teams subsequently developed their innovative idea over a six-week course, concluding with the presentation in front of an exceptional audience, made up of top managers from Poste Italiane.
