Voice replaces passwords and brings the protection of sensitive data to a higher level of security. This is the technological breakthrough that comes from the strategic agreement signed between Almawave, through the subsidiary PerVoice, with the Phonexia company founded in 2006 in the Czech Republic and specialized in software and voice biometric technologies. The partnership leads the Almaviva Group company – leader in Artificial Intelligence, natural language analysis and Big Data services – to integrate the functionalities of its platforms, enriching them with the voice biometry systems developed by Phonexia. The new technologies studied by the Czech company, which works in full synergy with the Brno University of Technology, will allow authentication to be performed on the phone, an app or a web service, simply expressing oneself with natural language, replacing made use of written passwords. The agreement combines functionality and security, making it possible to prevent fraud or unwanted access by hackers, and in general to protect the most sensitive data.
