Estimated at -0.89%, the coupon effect on almost half of the constituent stocks of the blue chip index caused it to fall in the first session of the octave by 0.34% to 24,891.24 points. Specular trend for the spread, which rose by 0.42% to 111 basis points. The rally of BPER Banca stands out on the main basket, rising by 6.42%, again in the wake of indications regarding the consolidation of the sector. Rise with similar reasons for Banco BPM (+ 1.65%) and + 1.05% for Intesa Sanpaolo. Money also on asset management securities with + 3.12% of Azimut, + 1.64% of Banca Generali and + 1.41% of Banca Mediolanum. A plus sign for Campari (+ 0.67%) after CEO Bob Kunze-Concewitz announced that the company will continue with the acquisitions campaign with a particular focus on the United States and Asia. The worst performance on the Ftse MIb was recorded by CNH Industrial (-1.22%) and, in the energy sector, we report + 0.09% of Tenaris and + 0.66% of Eni (+ 2.6% of Brent at $ 68 per barrel). On the whole, a positive day for Juventus shares (+ 1.62%) in the wake of qualification for the next edition of the Champions League (which should guarantee a contribution of over 80 million euros).
