The decline in gasoline prices at the pump continues today. The fears of a global recession, fueled by the new rate hike by the Federal Reserve, seem to weigh more on oil prices than the winds of war fueled by yesterday’s statements by Russian President Putin. The Brent thus slips to 90 dollars, the euro continues to lose ground against the greenback, the prices of refined products remain little moved. Meanwhile, the drop in fuel prices at the pump continues, with petrol on average below 1.68 euros / liter on self-service and diesel at 1.78. According to the usual survey by Staffetta Quotidiana, this morning Eni reduced the recommended prices of gasoline and diesel by one cent per liter. These are the averages of the prices communicated by the managers to the Price Observatory of the Ministry of Economic Development and processed by the Staffetta, measured at 8 yesterday morning on about 15 thousand plants: self-service petrol at 1.679 euros / liter (-5 thousandths, 1.681 companies , white pumps 1,674), diesel to 1,784 euros / liter (-6, companies 1,786, white pumps 1,780).
