With this feature, INPS wanted to give priority to the needs of citizens who are unable to use the INPS online services independently, by providing a tool that allows the delegate to equally access online services. that the Minister for Innovation and Digital Transition – Department for Digital Transformation is putting in place to make it easier for citizens to access Public Administration services with digital identity. The delegation of digital identity is also the tool through which guardians, curators, support administrators and those exercising parental authority can exercise the rights of the respective subjects represented and of minors.
