Brianzacque launches the new interactive bill, available for users in the managed territorial area of ​​the province of Monza and Brianza. The multimedia and interactive service exploits the use of tools provided by the internet and new network technologies. The new bill is a web app that does not require any registration or download. To access, the company explains, you need to frame the QR Code shown on the paper document or received via email with your device. By opening the invoice you access an interactive world, structured in seven sections: invoice data, payment data, readings and consumption with relative graphs and tables, the summary of the amounts with an interactive pie chart that highlights the individual items of cost, contract data, self-reading and useful contacts. All enriched by video tutorials. With the aim of making the service even more efficient, the possibility of paying through the Pagopa system will be added. “We have put in place a tool that is in a certain sense revolutionary, which implements our digitization processes and which confirms us as a company with increasingly future-oriented services”, comments the president and CEO of Brianzacque, Enrico Boerci. “This new type of bill has nothing to do with the traditional one, as we have transformed it into a new channel for direct dialogue with citizens. A truly immersive experience, which also includes interactive videos and graphics”. Luca Veggian, mayor of Carate Brianza and president of the Joint Control Committee of Brianzacque, underlines that “anticipation, information, but above all innovation. The initiative goes from the point of view of these three key words which are indispensable for the completion of a ‘digital ecosystem’ of Brianza. A useful purpose for people and companies in the area that can operate in a synergistic way and in step with the times. As mayor I have always worked in this sense bearing in mind that the Brianza area must go hand in hand with the technological evolution enslaved to functionality for the citizens. A simplification of the bureaucracy, such as that implemented thanks to the collaboration between the Municipalities and Brianzacque, is the main road to follow if you want to achieve concrete objectives that go beyond the words of politics “.
