Established the extent of the non-repayable contribution recognized to the owners of discos and dance halls that have remained closed in compliance with anti-contagion regulations. With a provision, signed by the director of the Revenue Agency, Ernesto Maria Ruffini, the amount due – equal to € 22,002 – to each operator in possession of the requirements who validly submitted the application in the period 6-20 June 2022 is quantified. The measure was intended for companies that, as of January 27, 2022, were operating discos and dance halls and that, on the same date, were closed due to the containment provisions of the epidemic. The audience of the ‘discotheque’ contribution: in detail, these are subjects with a VAT number activated before the date of entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 4/2022 (January 27, 2022) which, on the same date, mainly carried out activities in discos, dance halls, night clubs and the like (Ateco 2007 code “93.29.10”) and were closed due to the containment provisions of the Covid-19 epidemic. The amount of € 22,002 was quantified taking into account the available resources and the needs deriving from the applications submitted until June 20, 2022. Each operator will be paid the lower between the amount of € 22,002 and the residual amount of the aid that can be used. by each company on the basis of the data indicated in the application regarding the limits set out in section 3.1 of the Temporary Framework. As indicated in the provision of last May 18, the sum will be credited directly to the bank or postal current account indicated in the application.
