If in absolute value the pensions with ‘Quota 100’ were more concentrated in the North, less in the South and even less in the Center, as a percentage of the employment base or of the average flow of outgoings for early retirement (those most similar to “Quota 100” ) show the highest incidence in the South and lowest in the North, with the Center in an intermediate position. Retirements from the private sector are 0.4% of the relative employment base, with a peak of 1.2% for the “Transport and storage” sector, a share which becomes 1.3% in the public sector, with a peak of 2.9% for the “Central Functions”. This is what emerges from a joint analysis of INPS and the Parliamentary Budget Office (Upb), “A budget of ‘Quota 100’ three years after its launch”, presented today in Rome.
