Bonus 200 euros, self-certification form: the July deadline

The 200 euro bonus is the new indemnity introduced by the Draghi government in the Aid decree, and is part of the measures adopted in the field of national energy policies, business productivity and investment attraction, and social policies, as a response to both the energy crisis than to the war in Ukraine (see also the Bonus 200 euro guide). In July, the deadline is set for public and private employees, who represent about half of the 31.5 million beneficiaries of the cost-saving measure envisaged by the Aid Decree. The bonus will arrive only “upon declaration by the worker that he is not the holder of the services referred to in article 32, paragraphs 1 and 18”. Bonus 200 euros, public employees The measures for work and social policies include the recognition of a one-off allowance for workers and retirees in order to help tackle the difficulties linked to high prices. The bonus, initially envisaged for employees, self-employed and retired workers, was extended to other categories upon conversion and additional and specific limits and requirements were established in relation to the initial beneficiaries. In the case of public employees they are entitled to the one-off bonus of 200 euros, provided for by the Aid dl. Bonus 200 euros, self-certification In the case of private employees, however, this is not an automatic payment: first a self-certification is needed with which the worker declares that he is not entitled to a pension or citizenship income. there is a model, but a facsimile (attached) has been suggested by the Fondazione Studi Consulenti del Lavoro. The document must contain the personal data of the employee (name, date and place of birth, residence and address, tax code) and the data of the employer (name or company name, tax code and VAT number). The worker must declare that he / she possesses the necessary requisites to obtain the bonus.
