More than 25 thousand games with the BancoPosta Start Giovani account

About 25 thousand games were played by Poste Italiane customers who ventured online to learn about the BancoPosta Start Youth Account, engaging on average for over 2 minutes per game (on the various social platforms TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.). At the end of the experimentation, also through commercial emails and links to the pages of the product site, approximately 1,400 new current accounts were opened. The result of a co-innovation project by Poste Italiane with Open Italy Elis, together with the Startup Gamindo, a project was carried out to invent and create the video game. The aim of the web game on the BancoPosta Start Giovani account, a company note reads, was to drive a blue car on a “suspended” road, directing it along the path and avoiding going off the road. On the way, it was necessary to collect bonus icons depicting the products of Poste Italiane. The way in which the customer is informed of the various services is innovative: a simple question was asked about the BancoPosta world to which it was necessary to answer at the start of the game or at the new attempt after an answer error. And during the game, many other information were obtained which, in an immediate and usable way, made the customer more expert in the proposals and advantages of the BancoPosta Account.
