Guenza (Intesa Sp): “There is a need for a relationship that is built on emotions”

“In addition to the anxiety of measuring everything, there is a need for the relationship that is built on emotions. Beyond the rational part behind a product, the relationship and therefore emotions and languages ​​must be calibrated”. This was stated by Danilo Guenza, Head of International Communication of Intesa Sanpaolo, during a round table at the Communication Forum. “In the international arena – he explained – the theme becomes in fact a multiplication of languages, you have to take cultures into account”.
