Record-breaking weekend, over 10 million beach vacationers

Over ten million tourists will flock to the beaches this weekend. This was foreseen by a survey conducted by Cna Tourism and Commerce among its members from all over Italy. To give a decisive boost to the first boom of the marine season, the mercury column will reach an average of 27 degrees with peaks above 30 in many Italian locations. Vacationers will start moving as early as Friday and the outbound and inbound flow to / from the city centers will continue sustained until late Sunday evening.
