A few days after the opening of the gates, 234 exhibitors confirmed at the 4th edition of the Gic, the Italian Concrete Days, scheduled from 28 to 30 April 2022 in the pavilions of the Piacenza Expo. With over 15 thousand square meters of exhibition, the three days in Piacenza is confirmed as the main exhibition-conference at European level expressly dedicated to machines, equipment and technologies for the concrete supply chain, to prefabrication, but also to the demolition of concrete structures reinforced concrete, recycling and transport of aggregates, continuous flooring and screeds. In addition to the main market innovations, the Gic 2022 will offer the primary players in the supply chain a unique stage to discuss the fundamental issues of the sector: from safety at work, to the ecological transition, up to the perspectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Pnrr). Topics that will also be at the center of the numerous conferences scheduled at the Piacenza festival (the complete list on http://www.gic-expo.it/). Among the technical seminars and conferences organized with the support of the main industry associations and the most important national and international companies, a leading role in this 4th edition of the GIC will be covered by the conference ‘Rigid flooring in the airport field – new frontiers’, scheduled for Thursday 28 April 2022, the opening day of the festival. The workshop attended by some of the top leaders of the Italian Air Force and the National Civil Aviation Authority will take stock of the state of the art of the construction and maintenance techniques of the take-off and landing runways of Italian airports. The meeting, organized by Tecno engineering 2C Srl and the Order of Engineers of the Province of Piacenza, will see the opening speech by Gen. Isp. Giancarlo Gambardella, Secretary General of Defense / DNA, as well as Director of Works Management and the State Property.
