INPS: “Communication with patronages to give greater value to the user”

The INPS project relating to innovative communication services with patronages arises from the need to create greater value for the user thanks to the collaboration of professional and institutional intermediaries. This is what was announced today by INPS on the occasion of the INPS press conference ‘Inclusion and Innovation: digital transformation at the service of people’. In fact, intermediaries are an integral part in the co-production of value for the end user. The project is currently underway and aims at simplifying communication processes and integrating new specific services. With a view to simplifying the relationship with companies and intermediaries, INPS intends to develop unique environments for sharing and managing corporate and individual positions, where functionalities useful for providing services to citizens and companies will be made available in smart mode.
