Fin + Tech: selections are underway to accelerate the future of the sector

The call for the selection of startups that intend to participate in the acceleration path Fin + Tech, the fintech and insurtech accelerator of the Cdp Accelerators National Network, born from an initiative of Cdp Venture Capital together with Digital Magics, Startupbootcamp, Fintech District and Sia. From today until November 15, 2021, startups operating in the fintech and insurtech fields will be able to apply on the website www.finplustech.eu to take part in the selection that will give access to a 4-month acceleration program, with the support of network of mentors, sector corporations and the venture capital world. The project will foster collaboration between startups and leading companies in the financial and insurance sectors, with the dual objective of growing and perfecting startup solutions and accelerating the digital transformation of companies. To date, the companies Anima Sgr, Banca Mediolanum, BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas, BNP Paribas Cardif, Compass, Credito Fondiario, Excellence Consulting, and Reale Group have already joined the program as Corporate Partners. The Fin + Tech accelerator aims to stimulate innovation in a strategic sector of the Italian economy: with this in mind, dialogue has been initiated with the country’s institutions and regulatory bodies. The startups in the pre-seed and seed phase that will participate in the Fin + Tech program will receive initial funding and constant support from the accelerator’s partners, in a path that will guide them towards the validation of their business model. Finally, better teams will have access to additional funding already allocated by the promoters of the initiative.
