Poste Italiane at the Netcomm Forum presents tailor-made solutions for e-commerce

In collaboration with Postenews, Poste Italiane presented its value-added solutions for those who buy online at the Netcomm Forum Extended, the most important Italian event dedicated to electronic commerce. In line with the digital evolution of the Company, the new services offered by Poste Italiane guarantee a smart user experience for delivery and an easy way to manage returns, with a high level of attention to environmental sustainability thanks to the use of electric vehicles for the transport of goods.Thanks to the MLK Deliveries Joint Venture, Poste Italiane offers Poste Delivery Now a set of ancillary services that gives the recipient the possibility to decide precisely when to receive his shipment, even on the same day, and to customize and reschedule all aspects of delivery on the go. In addition, with Poste Delivery Business e-shoppers can choose where to deliver returns from among 20,000 proximity points throughout Italy or, alternatively, request a home pick-up. With the “paperless” mode, the e-shopper does not even have to worry about printing the transport document. The range of advanced services offered by Poste Italiane and its leadership position in the logistics and payments sector favor further development eCommerce, encouraging the increasingly widespread access of citizens to online purchases.The company participated in the Netcomm Forum 2021 with its own virtual stand and with two workshops reserved for e-merchants.
