The Calzedonia Group focuses on young people and their education. The first of the Academy matches, the ‘Communication Academy’, has just ended. started in May 2021 and dedicated to talents with a strong passion for the world of communication and fashion retail. Through constant dialogue with teachers, business managers and historical partners of the Group, the students were involved in all the fundamental steps for the creation of a successful campaign, developing an approach to strategic work based on a broad knowledge of the sector, from design to implementation of the contents up to the diffusion with global resonance, the Academy allowed to train the participants in a stimulating and innovative environment, with the possibility, at the end of the same, to present a communication project and undertake, for the most talented, paths of growth in the company also at an international level. For the fashion designers of the future, however, the first ‘Style Academy’ was launched in June 2021. Designed to reduce the gap between fashion school and the world of work, the path will provide the stylists of tomorrow with transversal skills, to create successful garments able to satisfy customers all over the world, combining creativity and technical knowledge with a strong commercial vision. . During the Academy, students will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the creative atmosphere of the Hq, working on their own capsule collection through which to immediately put into practice the know-how learned, declining it on specific brand identities and aspiring , at the end of the training experience, to become part of the company reality. The Calzedonia Group, on the other hand, is in the recruiting phase for the third edition of the ‘Sap Academy’, which will start next August 30th. Dedicated to enthusiasts of the It (Information Technology) world and of Erp (Enterprise Resourse Planning) systems, the Academy was created to offer young talents training on the most requested and widespread Sap modules on the market, within a constantly changing business context. technological evolution. The participating talents will thus be able to acquire technical skills in project management and user support, gaining the experience and professionalism of an international Group.
