Confetra and Manageritalia renew CCNL transport and logistics managers

An agreement that looks at the priorities of executives and companies and demonstrates the vitality of the collective bargaining of executives in the Tertiary sector and of the relations between Manageritalia and Confetra. The agreement, which concerns about 750 executives and 250 companies, signed by Mario Mantovani, Manageritalia president, and Guido Nicolini, Confetra president, has as main points: 1) the birth of a bilateral system of active policies, fueled by a contribution from 2,500 euros to be paid by the company for each fired executive, intended for the construction of support paths for professional transition 2) the activation of a corporate welfare platform, integrated with the contractual funds to cover increasingly personalized needs, which extends tax and commercial opportunities even to small businesses with only one manager; 3) the strengthening of Long Term Care, which will allow the Fasdac Health Fund to supplement the annuity provided by the Antonio Pastore Association, present in the contract since 2001, with care services and services; 4) the provision of a collective policy that covers professional and extra-professional accidents, as already required by the contract, but with greater practical and economic advantages for companies and managers. The contractual welfare of transport and logistics managers is backed by a consolidated system capable of supporting managers and companies in the best possible way both in moments of resilience and in those of recovery.
