Scubadvisor, an app dedicated to diving enthusiasts and entirely developed in Italy, was presented today during the EudiShow in Bologna, the most important European exhibition entirely dedicated to the world of diving. Umberto Pelizzari, the most famous Italian freediving champion, also joined the project. Scubadvisor allows you to know and locate the best locations to explore the most beautiful seabeds in the world, to book your dive in your favorite diving center or discover new ones, to read descriptions, prices and location on the map to plan your own trips by yourself, with friends or family. Pelizzari, in addition to acting as super consultant to the entire project, is officially the face of the communication campaign that will have the task of introducing Scubadvisor to diving enthusiasts and newbies. “I am very proud to join the Scubadvisor team. The sea and diving are my life, even now that I have left the competition. I have no doubt that this app will represent a leap forward. It will make diving and freediving even more accessible, providing valuable insights and advice, and creating a real community “, commented Pelizzari. For development of Scubadvisor, a completely free app available both for iOs and Android respectively on the App Store and Google Play, it took over two years of work, which allowed the two young founders and entrepreneurs to perfect the technology, and make it easily accessible to whoever. In particular, the development team worked carefully on the management system made available to the operators. Divers, individuals, diving centers, clothing stores and sports equipment, in fact, with Scubadvisor, have a single internet and mobile platform available for free for the management of all activities: among other things, they can receive payments directly on their account, the app keeps track of customers and allows you to quickly consult all reservations. In addition to this, it is possible to enter your position on the map, together with photos, videos and descriptions of the services offered, so as to be easily found through any kind of search.The user, by accessing Scubadvisor, can find out about the diving centers by viewing them on the map and comparing descriptions, services, photos and prices. Once you have chosen the one you prefer, check availability, send the request, pay a deposit (basically as happens for hotels and restaurants with Booking or Tripadvisor). Scubadvisor also provides users with an assistance service with an emergency number and location via coordinates, and at the same time allows them to share the details of their most beautiful dives. There are already about a hundred diving centers on the app, mainly in Italy, Greece, Croatia, Spain and Portugal. Who, to enter the Scubadvisor network, do not have to pay any entrance fees or fees. The goal, according to the founders, is to significantly expand the number of Italian and foreign members within the next year. The booking system now allows you to manage bookings in eleven different currencies.
