Terna, Besseghini (Arera): “Development plan and operation efficient planning”

Terna’s ten-year 2021 development plan “is an efficient planning exercise with an analysis of costs and benefits that is able to give us a guide not only infrastructural and technical and upgrading at zero cost but which allows us to reduce with careful evaluation of the benefits that the single initiatives are able to return to the system.
