CFO on the sale of Latam assets: ‘Negotiations at an advanced stage’

“The activity is going on. I believe that between now and the end of this year we could give concrete updates. We are talking with possible partners. Funds from that part of the world”. This was stated by Terna’s CEO, Stefano Donnarumma on the occasion of the presentation of the updated plan regarding the sale of up to 100% of the portfolio in Latin America. The CEO of Tern, Agostino Scornajenchi explained that the enhancement of Terna’s South American portfolio is around “250-270 million euros”. The potential buyers, he points out, “are large international investment funds. The negotiations are at an advanced stage and a signature could be reached in the next few months and probably by 2022”.
