Terna, dividend policy confirmed, payout forecast of 75% confirmed for 2024 and 25

Terna confirms the dividend policy. As regards the dividend policy, from 2022 to 2023, Terna emphasizes that today it approved the update of the 2021-25 business plan, the forecast of a CAGR of the dividend per share (Dps) of 8% is confirmed, compared to to the dividend for the 2021 financial year. For the years 2024 and 2025, the forecast of a payout of 75% is confirmed, with a minimum dividend in any case guaranteed equal to the dividend for the 2023 financial year. Group revenues in 2025 are expected to grow to 3.08 billion euros and EBITDA to 2.14 billion euros, with an average annual growth (CAGR) over the Plan period of over 4% for revenues and over 3% for the EBITDA. In 2022, in particular, revenues are expected to grow to € 2.74 billion and EBITDA to € 1.9 billion. Net earnings per share (EPS) will amount to 39 euro cents in 2022 and 45 euro cents in 2025, net of the ongoing valuation of international activities. This was announced by Terna after the Board approved the update of the 2021-25 business plan.
