Sostegni bis decree, from Imu to auto eco-bonus: measures under consideration

From the 2021 IMU exemption for homeowners under eviction to the eco-bonus for cars, tampons for the fragile and measures for collective catering. This is what the amendments contained in the reformulated package of the Sostegni bis decree are being examined by the Budget Committee of the Chamber. Here are the measurements in detail. IMU – Imu 2021 exemption for homeowners for residential use, leased, who have obtained in their favor the issue of an eviction validation for arrears by February 28, 2020. The exemption is also valid for owners who have obtained validation of the eviction after February 28, the execution of which is suspended until September 30, 2021 or until December 31, 2021. In detail, the refinancing is distributed as follows: 50 million for the purchase of hybrid and electric cars (between 0 and 60 grams of CO2 per km), 200 million for Euro 6 petrol or diesel (between 61 and 135 grams of CO2 per km) and 50 million for commercial vehicles. COLLECTIVE RESTAURANTS – ” In order to mitigate the economic crisis deriving from the epidemiological emergency from covid 19 ” to companies operating in the ” collective catering sectors, non-repayable grants are paid within the spending limit of 100 million euros for year 2021 ”.

WEDDING SECTOR – To support companies operating in the wedding, horeca, organization of parties and ceremonies sector, 60 million euros are received. The amendment proposal establishes that ” in order to mitigate the economic crisis deriving from the epidemiological emergency, 60 million euros are allocated, of which 10 million must be allocated in particular to companies operating in the horeca and another 10 million to companies operating in the sector of parties and ceremonies. THIRD SECTOR AND RSA – The fund for the third sector will receive 60 million euros for the year 2021. A share of 20 million ” is intended for the recognition of a non-repayable grant ”, in favor of non-commercial entities of civilly recognized religious bodies and non-profit organizations of social utility ” that carry out activities of social-health and welfare services, in a day, semi-residential and residential regime, in favor of non self-sufficient elderly and disabled ”.

B&B AND ANIMATION – Fund of 5 million euros to support bed & breakfasts and entertainment agencies.

THE OTHER MEASURES – The establishment of the Italian center for automotive research based in Turin has been established to increase research for technology transfer and innovation in the sector.
